Steven H. Beldock is a founding partner of Beldock & Saunders, P.C. in New City, New York. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, and nursing home neglect, and has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, having tried numerous cases to verdict. Mr. Beldock earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from C.W. Post Center, Long Island University in 1983, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1986, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and currently serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rockland County Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a former member of the Grievance Committee for the 9th Judicial District, and an active member of both the New City Rotary and the Board of Directors of JCC Rockland County.

Justice Gerald J. Beldock’s illustrious career spanned several decades, marked by his election to the New York City Civil Court and his subsequent retirement as an Acting State Supreme Court Justice. A member of the New York Bar since 1955, Justice Beldock significantly enriched the firm's capacity to handle complex civil matters. Justice Beldock's service as an acting NYS Supreme Court Justice on the criminal side was distinguished and impactful. For many years, he presided over the major drug part in Brooklyn (Kings County), overseeing significant drug-related cases, including those involving trafficking and murder. Bill Weininger, a graduate of Duke University School of Law, began his legal career as a homicide prosecutor in Kings County, New York, before transitioning to civil litigation. Gerard M. Damiani III is a trial attorney with extensive experience investigating and litigating complex legal matters. Drawing on a rigorous background in high-stakes litigation, he dedicates his practice to representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Before transitioning to private practice, Mr. Damiani spent more than eight years with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure, he rose to the position of Supervising Assistant District Attorney of the Special Victims Unit. As a veteran prosecutor, he served as lead trial counsel in numerous high-profile trials, successfully securing convictions that resulted in life sentences. His trial and prosecutorial record spans a wide array of violent offenses, including homicides, predatory sexual assaults, rapes, kidnappings, robberies, burglaries, and domestic violence offenses. In his supervisory role, Mr. Damiani led Rockland County’s first Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, leading a team of attorneys and investigators in complex, high-stakes investigations involving child exploitation. He developed and implemented case strategies from the initial investigation through arrest, litigation, and final resolution, gaining extensive experience analyzing complex evidence, conducting thorough investigations, and building compelling cases.
